Along with the application of information technology, the modern library has become an important place for accessing to knowledge and information, and searching for information via the Internet has become an important means for information users to gain literature and knowledge. This paper expounds the features of the visualization technology for library's information retrieval, probes into the development status of and existing problems in the visualization technology for library's information retrieval, introduces some concrete uses of the visualization technology in information retrieval, and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the visualization technology for library's information management.
