As a first-class university in Germany, Technical University of Munich is committed to build the first-class teachers team, which is distinctive in many aspects, such as, the way of teachers employment, the evaluation of teachers promotion, the professional development of teachers, the management of teachers team, the structure of teachers team, etc. With reference to its experiences, Chinese universities can promote the construction and development of teachers team by exploring flexible system of teacher appointment and promotion, practicing the teachers' evaluation mechanism with combination of evaluation and promotion, establishing teachers management model dominated by academic, optimizing the structure of teachers team reasonably.
