目的:探讨社区团队模式下家庭康复对脑卒中患者生活质量和焦虑抑郁情绪的影响.方法:选择2012年1月到2014年6月枫林街道社区脑卒中患者102例,随机分为两组.康复组52例和对照组50例.康复组由社区康复团队对患者进行个体化的康复训练指导;对照组仅由康复治疗师给予个体化康复指导和健康宣教.采用生活质量指数(QLI)、Hamilton焦虑量表(HAMA)、Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组干预前和干预3个月后的疗效进行评估.结果:康复组干预3个月后的QLI、HAMA和HAMD评分分别为(7.81±1.31)分、(9.52±4.13)分和(18.51±4.26)分,对照组分别为(7.42±1.51)分、(13.41±6.24)分和(23.02±2.18)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:社区团队模式在家庭康复中对患者的生存质量及心理状态的恢复起到关键作用.

Objective: To explore the impact of the family rehabilitation on the life quality, anxiety and depression of the patients with the stroke under the community team mode. Methods: From Jan. 2012 to June 2014, 102 cases in the Fenglin Community were selected and randomly divided into a rehabilitation group with 52 cases and a control one with 50 cases. The rehabilitation group was given the individualized rehabilitation training guidance by the community rehabilitation team and the control one only with the individualized rehabilitation guidance and health education by the rehabilitation therapist. The quality of life index(QLI), Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the rehabilitation effect of two groups before the treatment and after three months of the intervention.Results: After 3 months of the intervention,the scores of QLI, HAMA and HAMD in the rehabilitation group were 7.81±1.31,9.52±4.13 and 18.51±4.26, respectively , while in the control group were 7.42±1.51, 13.41±6.24 and 23.02±2.18, respectively. There were signiifcantly differences between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The community team mode plays a very important role in the rehabilitation of the life quality and psychological status of the patients.
