随着新的冰箱能耗标准的颁布,冰箱产品的能耗测试方法和能效等级的限值范围都有了较大的改变;新标准对冰箱节能技术提出了更高的要求.针对这一问题,本文选取了一款当前能效等级为1级的两门冷藏冷冻箱;分别按照新旧标准进行能耗对比测试,并结合新旧标准不同能耗测试工况条件下箱体热负荷的理论分析计算,制定了相应的改进方案并通过验证,最终对两门冰箱在新国标实施后制冷系统匹配方案提出建议.

With the new refrigerator energy standards promulgated, refrigerators energy consumption test methods and energy efficiency rating limits have been greatly changed. And the requirements of new standards for refrigerator en-ergy-saving technology are higher. To solve this problem, we selected a current energy efficiency rating of 1 two-door refrigerator-freezers. According to the old and new standards for energy consumption comparison test respectively, and combined with the cabinet under the old standard hot working conditions different energy consumption test load theoretical analysis and calculation, the corresponding improvement project is developed and validated. Finally, the fi-nal recommendations of the two refrigerators in the new national standard after the implementation of the refrigeration system matching program are proposed.
