Taking the Library of Fujian Health Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper introduces in detail the process and method of carrying out library's book inventory work by using the collection allocating function of Muse6.5 system, and in the light of the problems existing in the book inventory work, puts forward some measures that should be taken.
