南水北调东线第一期工程某大型泵站在主体混凝土浇筑后,在泵站的出水流道墩墙、上游右侧翼墙、站身门洞、清污机桥墩墙等部位发现有竖向、应力、不规则浅层等3种类型裂缝共38条,其中缝宽大于0.25 mm的19条.分析其成因,对缝宽大于0.25 mm的裂缝采用"壁可"注入法进行修补,对缝宽小于0.25 mm的不规则浅层裂缝采用GM901多功能有机硅混凝土保护剂进行处理.处理后经运行观测,效果良好.

At a large-scale pump station on the Eastern Line of South-to-North Water Delivery Project ,38 crac-s of three-inds,including vertical,stress and irregular shallow-inds,were found on the outflow passage piers,up-stream right wing walls,door opening and trash rac- bridge piers,of which 19 crac-s have width exceeding 0.25mm. The causes were analyzed. Crac-s wider than 0.25mm was repaired by injection of Bi--e;smaller irregu-lar or shallow crac-s were repaired with GM901 multifunction silicone concrete protection agent. The observation re-sults after the repair show good effects.
