目的::探讨原发性高血压患者中心动脉压与尿微量白蛋白( mALB)的关系。方法:选择2012年10月至2014年9月在本科住院并行冠脉造影者100例作为研究对象,根据u-mALB分为微量白蛋白尿组( u-mALB 30~300 mg/24 h)和对照组( u-mALB<30 mg/24 h)。比较两组中心动脉收缩压、舒张压及脉压的差异,Logistic多因素回归分析mALB、年龄、性别、吸烟、高脂血症与中心动脉压的相关性。结果:微量白蛋白尿组中心动脉收缩压、舒张压及脉压均高于对照组(P<0.05)。 mALB与中心动脉压正相关(r=0.322,P<0.01);年龄( r=0.124)、性别( r=0.126)、吸烟( r=0.109)、高脂血症( r=0.131)与中心动脉压无相关性( P>0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者中心动脉压与mALB密切相关。

목적::탐토원발성고혈압환자중심동맥압여뇨미량백단백( mALB)적관계。방법:선택2012년10월지2014년9월재본과주원병행관맥조영자100례작위연구대상,근거u-mALB분위미량백단백뇨조( u-mALB 30~300 mg/24 h)화대조조( u-mALB<30 mg/24 h)。비교량조중심동맥수축압、서장압급맥압적차이,Logistic다인소회귀분석mALB、년령、성별、흡연、고지혈증여중심동맥압적상관성。결과:미량백단백뇨조중심동맥수축압、서장압급맥압균고우대조조(P<0.05)。 mALB여중심동맥압정상관(r=0.322,P<0.01);년령( r=0.124)、성별( r=0.126)、흡연( r=0.109)、고지혈증( r=0.131)여중심동맥압무상관성( P>0.05)。결론:원발성고혈압환자중심동맥압여mALB밀절상관。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between central aortic pressure and urine microalbumin ( mALB) in patients with essential hypertension ( EH ) . Methods: A total of 100 EH patients, who were hospitalized and underwent coronary angiography in our hospital between October 2012 and September 2014, were included as the subjects in the study. All patients were divided into the urine mALB group ( u-mALB 30-300 mg/24h) and the control group ( u-mALB<30 mg/24h) according to u-mALB. The differences in the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse pressure of the central artery between the two groups were compared. The correlation between mALB, age, sex, smoking status, hyperlipemia and central aortic pressure was analyzed by Logistic multivariate regression analysis. Results:The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse pressure of the central artery in the u-mALB group were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Significant correlation was found between mALB and central aortic pressure ( r=0.322, P<0.01) . No significant correlation was found between age ( r=0.124) , sex ( r=0.126) , smoking status ( r=0.109) , hyperlipemia ( r=0.131) and central aortic pressure ( P>0.05) . Conclusion: Central aortic pressure is significantly correlated with mALB in EH patients.
