为了从多角度分析高校的总体影响力和优势所在,为学校的学术评估、科研战略、学科布局提供切实可靠的参考依据,提出了建立基于SCI的高校科研论文信息分析模型的构想,设计了信息分析指标,以哈尔滨理工大学2000—2013年14年发表的SCI科研论文的数据为例,进行了信息分析和实证研究,对数据所反映的深层次问题进行了挖掘揭示,指出该模型具有很好的实用性、通用性和指导性,适用于其他高校的科研产出分析,也可为图书馆优化馆藏建设、决策信息分析、深层次服务提供数据支持.

In order to analyze university's overall influence and advantages from various angles to provide practical and reliable reference bases for university's academic evaluation, scientific research strategy and subject arrangement, this paper puts forward a concept of establishing an information analysis model of university's scientific papers based on SCI, designs some information analysis indicators, and taking the data of SCI scientific papers published by Harbin University of Science and Technology in the period of 2000—2013 as the examples, carries out an information analysis and empirical research, and reveals and mines some underlying problems reflected by these data, and points out that the model has very good practicality, versatility and guidance, is suitable for the scientific research output analysis of other colleges and universities, and also can provide the data support for the optimization of library's collection construction, decision-making information analysis and in-depth services.
