工作室制人才培养模式以其知识与技术并重,理论与实践同步,以专业工作室为依托,以学生为主体,全面开放式的教育教学模式与艺术类高职院校艺术设计专业特点和职业教育特点需求不谋而合。文章从苏州工艺美术职业技术学院的实践中总结得出艺术类高职院校工作室制人才培养模式的三种具体形式;从四个方面探索分析艺术类高职院校实施工作室制人才培养模式的具体措施。
工作室製人纔培養模式以其知識與技術併重,理論與實踐同步,以專業工作室為依託,以學生為主體,全麵開放式的教育教學模式與藝術類高職院校藝術設計專業特點和職業教育特點需求不謀而閤。文章從囌州工藝美術職業技術學院的實踐中總結得齣藝術類高職院校工作室製人纔培養模式的三種具體形式;從四箇方麵探索分析藝術類高職院校實施工作室製人纔培養模式的具體措施。
공작실제인재배양모식이기지식여기술병중,이론여실천동보,이전업공작실위의탁,이학생위주체,전면개방식적교육교학모식여예술류고직원교예술설계전업특점화직업교육특점수구불모이합。문장종소주공예미술직업기술학원적실천중총결득출예술류고직원교공작실제인재배양모식적삼충구체형식;종사개방면탐색분석예술류고직원교실시공작실제인재배양모식적구체조시。
Talent training modes of studio system take both knowledge and skills as the importance,both theory and practice simultaneously,take the professional studio as the basis,take the student as the main body,the comprehensive open education teaching mode coincide with the design professional of art vocational colleges as well as the characteristics of occupation educa-tion.From the practice of Suzhou Art and Design Technology Institute,we concluded three specific forms of training modes for talents in higher vocational colleges studio.This paper explores the implementation of specific measures for talents training mode of studio art vocational colleges from four aspects.
