社会体育专业学生职业素质的培养和形成是需要大量的实践积累来完成的。调查发现，大多数高校社会体育专业实践教学环节极为薄弱，缺乏独立的实践教学体系。基于职业素质培养的社会体育专业实践教学体系的构建，应着力于建立分阶段分层次的实习模式，并做好校内外社会体育实践基地的建设，引进俱乐部管理模式和公益性体育服务项目，教师则要跟踪了解学生职业素质形成情况，据此建立学生实习评价体系和档案制度，指导学生改进不足，提高各项职业素质。

The cultivation and formation of students majoring social sports should be based on abundant practical experience. It is found through the investigation, the practical teaching link is very weak and the practical teaching system is lack in the majority of higher education institutes. Cultivating practical teaching system of social sports specialty based vocational quality cultivation, should focus on the establishment of staged intern mode layer by layer, build social sport practical base both inside and outside school, and introduce club management mode and public sports services. Meanwhile, the teachers should follow students and understand their vocational quality situation. Based on that, it is also essential to establish the intern evaluation system and file system for students, guide students to improve themselves, and improve the vocational quality.
