    This paper introduces the concept and features of MOOCs, expounds the development of MOOCs in China, and probes into how university library,being as a teaching auxiliary department, to help the development of MOOCs by using its own characteristics, letting the teachers and students of university make better development and utilization of MOOCs through the library.
