近年来大学生就业已成为全社会关注的问题，其中高职英语专业毕业生就业难问题尤为突出，这主要源于他们在就业过程中所面临的社会、学校、家庭及自身等一系列缺位及认识偏差。对此，需要政府相关部门、社会、学校、家庭等共同努力，而高职英语专业毕业生则需从练好扎实专业基本功、扩充知识面、调整就业目标、增强职业适应性入手，提高自身综合素质。

In recent years,the employment of college students has become a focus of the whole society,in which the employment of graduates majored in English of higher vocational colleges is particularly prominent. It largely due to their lack and deviation of conception on society, school, family and their own in the course of employment. Thus,it is essential to give play to the role of the government, society, school and family. Meanwhile, graduates majored in English of higher vocational colleges should enhance solid professional basic skills, expand their knowledge, adjust employment targets, enhance vocational adaptability, to improve their overall quality.
