目的:对桑菊口服液抗菌活性成分进行研究。方法采用反相硅胶柱层析分离技术对桑菊口服液进行有效部位的分离,在体外抗菌活性筛选结果的指导下利用现代色谱分离方法(硅胶柱色谱、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶色谱以及制备液相等)分离有效部位各成分化合物,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从桑菊口服液抗菌活性部位分离鉴定了9个酚酸类化学成分:3-(3-羟基-苯基)-丙酸、3-(3-羟基-苯基)-丙酸甲酯、肉桂酸、3-羟基-1-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯)丙烷-1、3-羟基-1-(3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯)丙烷-1、对羟基苯甲酸、原儿茶酸、香草酸、没食子酸。结论桑菊口服液的抗菌作用源于酚酸类化学成分的作用,且化合物1~9为首次从桑菊口服液中分离得到。

목적:대상국구복액항균활성성분진행연구。방법채용반상규효주층석분리기술대상국구복액진행유효부위적분리,재체외항균활성사선결과적지도하이용현대색보분리방법(규효주색보、간병기포취당응효색보이급제비액상등)분리유효부위각성분화합물,통과이화상수측정화광보분석감정기화학결구。결과종상국구복액항균활성부위분리감정료9개분산류화학성분:3-(3-간기-분기)-병산、3-(3-간기-분기)-병산갑지、육계산、3-간기-1-(3-갑양기-4-간기분)병완-1、3-간기-1-(3,5-이갑양기-4-간기분)병완-1、대간기분갑산、원인다산、향초산、몰식자산。결론상국구복액적항균작용원우분산류화학성분적작용,차화합물1~9위수차종상국구복액중분리득도。
Objective To study antibacterial constituents of Sangju Oral Liquid. Methods The effective parts of Sangju Oral Liquid were isolated by reversal phase silica gelcolumn chromatography, under the guidance of the screening an-tibacterial activity results in v itro, the compounds of Sangj u Oral Liquid effective parts were isolated by modern chro-matographic separation (silica gelcolumn chromatography, sephhadex LH-20, Prep-HPLC and so on). On the basis of spectroscopic methods and physicochemical properties, the structures of these compounds were elucidated. Results Nine constituents were isolated and elucidated from antibacterial active site of Sangj u Oral Liquid, the structures of 9 compounds were:3-(3-hydroxyl-phenyl)-propionate, 3-(3-hydroxyl-phenyl)-methoxypropionate, cinnamic acid, 3-hydroxy-1-(3-methoxy-4-Hydroxy phenyl) propan-1-one, 3-hydroxy-1-(3,5-dimethoxy-4-Hydroxyphenyl)propan-1-one, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, protocatechuic acid, vanilloid, gallic acid. Conclusion The antibacterial activity of Sangj u Oral Liquid stems from phenolicacid constituents, and compounds 1-9 are the first time isolated from Sangj u Oral Liquid.
