目的：探究吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者的临床疗效。方法选取78例高血压合并冠心病患者为观察组，另选取同期同症患者78例为对照组。对照组苯胺磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，观察组给予吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗，观察对比2组临床疗效、血压及血脂改变情况。结果1个疗程后，观察组临床总有效率为96.2%，明显高于对照组的80.8%（P＜0.05）；经治疗后，观察组血压及血脂各指标控制效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对高血压合并冠心病患者在氨氯地平降压的同时，联合吲达帕胺治疗，可有效控制血压，并调控血脂，从而阻滞冠心病病情进展。
목적：탐구신체파알연합안록지평치료고혈압합병관심병환자적림상료효。방법선취78례고혈압합병관심병환자위관찰조，령선취동기동증환자78례위대조조。대조조분알광산안록지평편치료，관찰조급여신체파알연합안록지평치료，관찰대비2조림상료효、혈압급혈지개변정황。결과1개료정후，관찰조림상총유효솔위96.2%，명현고우대조조적80.8%（P＜0.05）；경치료후，관찰조혈압급혈지각지표공제효과명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론대고혈압합병관심병환자재안록지평강압적동시，연합신체파알치료，가유효공제혈압，병조공혈지，종이조체관심병병정진전。
Objective To research the clinical efficacy of indapamide combined with amlodipine treating patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease. Methods The control group was treated with diphenylamine sulfonate amlodipine, and the observation group was treated with indapamide combined with amlodipine. The clinical efficacy and the change of blood pressure and blood fat of two groups was compared. Results After a course, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.2%, which was evidently higher than that of the control group 80.8%(P<0.05). After treatment, the control effect of the blood pressure and blood fat in the observation group was evidently better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Indapamide combined with amlodipine treating patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease not only can effectively control blood pressure and control the blood fat, but also can prevent from the development of coronary heart disease.
