Readers'cognitive structure determines their information requirements. Through analyzing the relationship between readers' cognition and library's information service, this paper probes into the features of the cognition of the readers in university library, and puts forward some information service strategies of university library connected with readers' cognitive structure, which include carrying out multi-level reader services, building intelligent information retrieval platform, and providing readers personalized information push service, etc.
