目的：探讨腹腔镜及开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法收集2012年1月至2014年8月青岛市第三人民医院和滨州市人民医院诊断为卵巢良性囊肿的患者作为本次研究对象，按住院单双号顺序分为腹腔镜组和开腹组。对比腹腔镜组和开腹组手术时间、手术出血量、术后住院时间、术后排气时间、手术费用。结果腹腔镜组和开腹组手术时间、手术出血量、术后住院时间、术后排气时间及手术费用分别为（69±13.5）min、（30±5）mL、（3.5±1.5）d、（23.5±0.5）h、（7832±1245）元；（53±15.5）min、（69±28）mL、（6.5±1.5）d、（28.5±1.5）h、（5025±542）元，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论本次研究认为腹腔镜治疗良性卵巢囊肿的优点为手术出血量少，术后患者恢复快，缺点为手术费用高。

목적：탐토복강경급개복수술치료란소낭종적료효。방법수집2012년1월지2014년8월청도시제삼인민의원화빈주시인민의원진단위란소량성낭종적환자작위본차연구대상，안주원단쌍호순서분위복강경조화개복조。대비복강경조화개복조수술시간、수술출혈량、술후주원시간、술후배기시간、수술비용。결과복강경조화개복조수술시간、수술출혈량、술후주원시간、술후배기시간급수술비용분별위（69±13.5）min、（30±5）mL、（3.5±1.5）d、（23.5±0.5）h、（7832±1245）원；（53±15.5）min、（69±28）mL、（6.5±1.5）d、（28.5±1.5）h、（5025±542）원，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론본차연구인위복강경치료량성란소낭종적우점위수술출혈량소，술후환자회복쾌，결점위수술비용고。
ObjectiveTo discuss the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of ovarian cyst.MethodsThe subjects of this research are patients diagnosed ovarian cyst in the third people's hospital of Qingdao and people's hospital of Binzhou from January 2012 to August 2014, according to hospitalization single and double sequence, divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group, to compare operation time, operation bleeding volume, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time and operation cost between two groups.ResultsOperation time, operation bleeding volume, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative exhaust time and operation cost in laparoscopic group and laparotomy group were respectively (69± 13.5)min, (30±5)mL, (3.5±1.5)d, (23.5±0.5)h, (7832±1245)yuan and (53±15.5)min, (69±28)mL, (6.5±1.5)d, (28.5±1.5)h, (5025±542)yuan, differences had statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).ConclusionThis study considers that the advantages of laparoscopic in treatment of benign ovarian cyst is less bleeding, postoperative patients recovered quickly, the disadvantage is the high cost of operation.
