燃料元件是反应堆堆芯的关键部件,其性能质量直接关系核电站安全性、经济性和先进性. 目前中国大型商用核电机组中使用的燃料元件设计与制造技术主要依赖国外引进. 介绍了燃料元件专利发展现状和趋势,利用TDA、TI等工具,使用德温特数据库和中科院专利在线平台数据为数据源, 对燃料组件相关专利申请进行统计分析,揭示该领域专利技术整体发展态势, 剖析技术研发热点和主要专利权人专利布局,以期对我国燃料元件发展提供启示作用.

Fuel elements are the key components of the reactor core,its performance is directly related to the safety, economy and advanced nature of the nuclear power plant. But now the design and manufacturing technology of the fuel elements used in China's large commercial nuclear power unit mainly rely on imported.This paper introduces the development status and trends of the patent of fuel elements, and by using TDA, TI and other tools, and taking DII (Derwent Innovations Index) database and the data of CAS online patent platform as the data sources, carries out a statistical analysis on the patent application related to the fuel assembly, reveals the overall development trend of the patent technology in this field,and analyzes the hot spots of technical R&D and the patent distribution of the main patent owners.
