Through the research of our country's ethnic areas, this paper reveals some problems existing in modern public cultural service system construction in ethnic areas, analyzes the particularities of modern public cultural service system construction in ethnic areas, and from the aspects of management mechanism, service mode and operating mechanism, probes into the measures for the system innovation in promoting ethnic areas'modern public cultural service system.
