This paper expounds the necessity for sci-tech journals to accelerate the internationalization process with the aid of network under the background that China's sci-tech development is seeking to be in line with international standards and the information technology is advancing by leaps and bounds, probes into some problems existing in the networking and internationalization of China's sci-tech journals and the implementation models, and puts forward some feasibility suggestions on the networking development of sci-tech journals.
