人身自由权是公民的基本人权，只有具备了人身自由权才能行使和享有其它的权利，才能保障社会活动的顺利进行。本文首先对人身自由权从其概念和性质两个方面进行了概述，然后对我国宪法对人身自由权的保护进行探究，希望能够进一步提高我国宪法对人身自由权的保护水平。
人身自由權是公民的基本人權，隻有具備瞭人身自由權纔能行使和享有其它的權利，纔能保障社會活動的順利進行。本文首先對人身自由權從其概唸和性質兩箇方麵進行瞭概述，然後對我國憲法對人身自由權的保護進行探究，希望能夠進一步提高我國憲法對人身自由權的保護水平。

The right of personal freedom is a basic human right of citizens and it only has the right to exercise and enjoy other rights to ensure the smooth progress of social activities.Firstly,this paper summarized the right of personal liberty from two as-pects of the concept and the nature and then explored on the constitutional protection of the personal freedom right to further im-prove the constitution protection and the level of the right of personal liberty in country.
