从我国执业药师的发展现状、关键问题及药剂学课程体系对于培养学生执业药师专业素养的影响进行探索，根据药剂学课程的特点优化药剂学的课程体系，注重各专业学科内容之间的协调和系统性，引入临床案例教学、设置药剂学综合性实验，强调药学专业综合技能的培养，将学生培养成有执业药师素养的药学服务型人才。

To analyze the development of the current situation and key problems in licensed pharmacist system in China, explore the curriculum system of pharmaceutics to effect on cultivating students' professional quality of a licensed pharmacist. Based on the characteristic of pharmaceutics, pharmaceutics curriculum system is optimized and the sys-tematic between specialized subjects is emphasized. To induct clinical teaching cases and install comprehensive experi-ments is aimed to cultivate excellent professional ability as a future licensed pharmacist for pharmaceutical services.
