十一届全国人大五次会议通过了新刑事诉讼法第275条关于未成年人犯罪记录封存制度的规定，体现了对未成年人罪犯健康成长的关心和保护。但是新确立的制度在实践中必然会遇到一些困难，面对困境怎样能够更好的深化发展，结合法律规范必须与我国的现状结合才能发挥其应有之义。
十一屆全國人大五次會議通過瞭新刑事訴訟法第275條關于未成年人犯罪記錄封存製度的規定，體現瞭對未成年人罪犯健康成長的關心和保護。但是新確立的製度在實踐中必然會遇到一些睏難，麵對睏境怎樣能夠更好的深化髮展，結閤法律規範必鬚與我國的現狀結閤纔能髮揮其應有之義。

The fifth session of the 1 1 th National People's Congress passed a new article 275 of the criminal procedure law on the regulation of minor crime record storage system,for the healthy growth of minors'criminal care and protection.But the new es-tablishment of the system will inevitably encounter some difficulties in practice.In the face of difficulties,how to better the de-velopment combining with legal norm must be combined with the current situation of our country to develop its meaning.
