法治精神通过体现良法善治的法治价值贯穿于法律评价的整个过程。法律评价是法治文化的实践载体，法治精神是法治文化的精神表达。法治精神既通过彰显法治价值自觉映现法治文化，又深入法治文化层面“达到自我意识”。法治文化具有合宪性、合法性和合理性特征。
法治精神通過體現良法善治的法治價值貫穿于法律評價的整箇過程。法律評價是法治文化的實踐載體，法治精神是法治文化的精神錶達。法治精神既通過彰顯法治價值自覺映現法治文化，又深入法治文化層麵“達到自我意識”。法治文化具有閤憲性、閤法性和閤理性特徵。
법치정신통과체현량법선치적법치개치관천우법률평개적정개과정。법률평개시법치문화적실천재체，법치정신시법치문화적정신표체。법치정신기통과창현법치개치자각영현법치문화，우심입법치문화층면“체도자아의식”。법치문화구유합헌성、합법성화합이성특정。
The spirit of rule of law runs through the whole process of legal evaluation by virtue of the law value embodying good law and good governance. Legal evaluation is the practice carrier of the legal culture; while the spirit of rule of law is its spiritual expression. The spirit of rule of law not only consciously mirrors the legal culture demonstrating the law values but also penetrates into the legal culture so as to"achieve self-awareness". The legal culture is characterized by constitutionality, legality and rationality.
