目的 研究血必净注射液对重症肺炎患者炎症因子的影响. 方法 随机抽取2014年3月—2015年2月该院收治于ICU的重症肺炎患者60例,随机均分成观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),均给予常规抗感染及营养支持、加强痰液引流、免疫调节、机械通气等对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上加用血必净注射液抗炎治疗(50 mL,q12 h). 两组患者持续给药2周后对比疗效及炎症因子相关指标变化情况. 结果 观察组治疗后总有效率90.0%显著高于对照组63.3%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清IL-1、IL-6和TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清IL-1(118.67± 9.01)pg/L、IL-6(79.68±14.82)pg/L、TNF-α(13.68±5.41)mg/L与治疗前比较明显降低,与对照组比较下降水平显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 血必净注射液能有效降低重症肺炎患者炎症因子水平,疗效好,值得临床推广.

Objective To study the effect of Xuebijing injection on inflammatory factor of patients with severe pneumonia. Meth-ods 60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted into ICU of the hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group (n=30). All of the patients were treated with routine anti-infection and nutritional support, strengthened sputum drainage, immune regulation, mechanical ventilation, symptomatic and sup-portive treatment. Based on this, the observation group were given Xuebijing injection anti-inflammatory treatment (50 mlq12h). After 2 weeks of continuous administration, the changes of efficacy and inflammatory factors related indicators of the two groups were compare. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was 90.0% which was significantly higher than 63.3% of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The differences in the levels of serum IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups before the treatment were not statistically significant (P>0.05); After the treatment, serum IL-1 (118.67± 9.01)pg/L, IL-6 (79.68±14.82)pg/L and TNF-α (13.68±5.41) mg/L decreased significantly, compared with those before the treat-ment. Compared with the control group, the descending level was significantly and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with severe pneumonia and the curative effect is good, which is worthy of promotion.
