From the perspective of team members, teaching teams, or vocational schools, the effective evaluation of teaching teams in vocational colleges is an important carrier to promote the development of teachers' professional , encourage teaching teams to serve the community, improve the quality of technical skills training and improve the level of vocational colleges. The research premise, paradigm and conclusions of Lawler-Porter Model provide a clear theoretical path for the construction of teaching team performance evaluation and its formation mechanism in vocational colleges. The construction of performance evaluation of teaching teams in Vocational Colleges based on Lawler-Porter Model includes: improving the performance evaluation method, enriching the subjective and object of performance evaluation, developing the quantitative index of performance evaluation, and forming a diversified evaluation standard. The formation mechanism includes: creating a good working environment, establishing a positive institutional environment, forming a professional environment that is close to the social needs, and creating a harmonious and active cultural environment.
