From the perspective of team members, teaching teams, or vocational schools, the effective evaluation of teaching teams in vocational colleges is an important carrier to promote the development of teachers' professional , encourage teaching teams to serve the community, improve the quality of technical skills training and improve the level of vocational colleges. The research premise, paradigm and conclusions of Lawler-Porter Model provide a clear theoretical path for the construction of teaching team performance evaluation and its formation mechanism in vocational colleges.
