在参考现有系统评价方法研究的基础上,遵循科学性、适用性、综合性等原则,初步构建了食品检验化学分析方法的环境兼容性评价指标体系。该体系包括3个评价基准层指数和10个具体评价指标。评价基准层指数分别是化学试剂风险指数、试验污染排放指数和试验耗费指数。其中化学试剂风险指数包括毒性、腐蚀性、易燃性和放射性4项指标;试验污染排放指数包括液体污染物排放、大气污染物排放和固体废弃物排放3项指标;试验耗费指数包括仪器能耗、污染处理和试验耗时3项指标。在构建评价指标体系的基础上,采用李克特五级量表法和专家打分法确定评分等级标准,采用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,从而建立综合评价模型。该评价指标体系能对食品检验化学分析方法的环境安全兼容性进行定量评价,可为食品检验相关标准和方法的改进与完善提供参考。

Based on the study of reference to the existing system evaluation method, according to the principle of scientific, applicability and comprehensive and so on, this paper constructs the environmental safety compatibility evaluation index system of chemical analysis method of food inspection. The system consists of 3 evaluation criteria and 10 specific evaluation indexes. The 3 evaluation criteria are the risk index of chemical reagent, the experimental pollution discharge index and the test consumption index respectively. The chemical reagent risk index includes 4 indexes, they are toxicity, corrosive, flammable and radioactive respectively. The experimental pollution discharge index includes three indexes, including liquid pollutant discharge, air pollutant discharge and solid waste discharge. The test consumption index includes 3 indexes, including energy consumption, pollution treatment and testing time. On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system, the paper uses the method of Likert scale and the method of Delphi to determine the grading standard, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index, then establishes the comprehensive evaluation model. The evaluation index system can quantitatively evaluate the environmental safety compatibility of chemical analysis method of food inspection, which can provide reference for the improvement and perfection of the relevant standards andmethods for food inspection.
