目的 探讨在治疗功能性消化不良的过程中应用多潘立酮联合复方消化酶的临床效果.方法 随机选择该院2014年1月—2015年1月治疗功能性消化不良的患者80例,平均分为两组.对比组患者采取单纯应用多潘立酮的方法治疗;研究组患者应用多潘立酮联合复方消化酶的方法进行治疗. 对比两组患者的治疗效果. 结果 研究组患者的总治疗有效率87.50%明显高于对比组67.5%. 研究组患者临床症状恢复情况也明显优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 应用多潘立酮联合复方消化酶的方法疗效较为突出,能够提升患者的治疗速度,降低不良反应症状.

Objective To explore the application in the process of treatment of functional dyspepsia Pan Li ketone union clinical effect of compound enzymes. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients 80 cases, the average is divided into two groups. Contrast group of patients treated with simple application more Pan Li ketone method; Group of patients based on multiple joint Pan Li ketone compound enzymes method for treatment. Contrast the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The team total efficient 87.50%of patients was obviously higher than that of control group. At the same time, the team effective treatment time in week 1 and week 2, contrast group is concentrated in 3 weeks. Team in pa-tients with clinical symptoms of recovery is obviously better than the control group, difference was statistically significant ( P>0.05). Conclusion Application of domperidone and compound digestive enzyme method curative effect is outstanding, can improve the treatment of patients with speed, reduce the symptoms of adverse reactions.
