建立了APDC-MIBK萃取-火焰原子吸收法测定新型饲料添加剂二甲酸钾中的铅。通过试验确定了萃取时溶液的pH值以及络合剂的使用量,当样品溶液pH为4.0、络合剂使用量为2 mL时,萃取效率达到最大。方法检出限为0.27μg/g,定量限为0.91μg/g,RSD为1.03%-3.04%,加标回收率为94.31%-97.02%。测定结果准确可靠,可用于测定二甲酸钾中的铅含量。

A determination method for heavy metal———lead in the Potassium diformate(a new type of feed additives)was developed by APDC-MIBK extraction flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. It is identified the pH value of the solution and the dosage of the chelator by the experiment. High extraction efficiency and optimal conditions of the test are obtained when the pH value of the solution is 4.0,and the dosage of the chelator is 2 milliliter. The detection limit is 0.27μg/g and the quantitation limit is 0.91μg/g. The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.03%-3.04%,and the recoveries are between 94.31% and 97.02%. This method can be applied in the determination of lead in Potassium diformate with a reliable result.
