以辽宁省14个行政分区为承载力研究对象,从水资源、社会经济、生态环境等方面,构建水资源承载力评价指标体系。通过因子分析法,采用变异系数法确定各指标权重,对沈阳市等14个城市水资源承载力进行综合评价,确定4个变化主因子。结果表明,辽宁省各城市水资源承载力不容乐观,其中8个城市水资源承载综合得分为负值,水资源利用效率较低,大连和沈阳水资源承载力综合评价得分最高,说明水资源利用不合理性,势必会影响水资源承载能力。

Taking the 14 administrative districts of Liaoning Province as the research object, the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity is constructed from the aspects of water resources, social economy and ecological en-vironment. Through factor analysis, the weight of each index was determined by the method of coefficient of variation, and the water resources carrying capacity of 14 cities in Shenyang city were evaluated comprehensively , and the main factors were determined by the method of factor analysis. The results show that the overall level of Liaoning Province and the mu-nicipalities in the province of water resources bearing capacity is not optimistic, of which eight urbans water resources bearing comprehensive score is negative, the water resources utilization efficiency is low, Dalian and Shenyang water re-sources bearing comprehensive evaluation score was the highest, which indicated that water resources utilization unreason-able, is bound to affect the water resources carrying capacity.
