八岔沟水库位于长兴岛临港工业区八岔沟村西北，是一座集防洪、灌溉用水于一体的小（2）型水库。目前水库存在着明显渗漏和溢洪道无消能设施及输水洞无法正常运行等问题，急需进行除险加固。根据水库存在的主要问题，阐述了其除险加固的必要性。同时，根据实际情况进行了计算与分析，提出了相应的工程设计，旨在为该工程建设提供详实数据依据，也为类似工程建设提供参考和借鉴作用。

Bachagou reservoir is lacated in the Changxing island harbor industrial zone Bachagou Cun northwest. It is a small secondary type reservoir with flood control and irrigation water. At present, the reservoir exists problems that obvious seepage and spillway without elimination facilities and water conveyance tunnel unable to normal operation, it needs to be reinforcement. According to the main problems, this paper expounds the necessity of reservoir strengthening. At the same time, according to the actual situation, calculation and analysis to put forward the corresponding engineering design, in order to provide detailed data for the engineering construction, but also provides the reference for similar engineering construction.
