目的:研究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清中 adropin 的表达水平。方法应用1∶1配对的病例对照研究方法,43例 GDM 孕产妇及43例健康孕产妇参与本次研究,匹配的因素为民族、体质量、身高、年龄、孕周。应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测孕产妇血清中 adropin 的浓度,评估 adropin 水平与临床各代谢指标间的相关性。结果 GDM组血清 adropin 水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);与对照组相比,血清胰岛素稳态指数、空腹胰岛素、甘油三酯及胆固醇水平显著升高(P <0.05);孕产妇血清的 adropin 水平与孕产妇临床各代谢指标间具有明显的相关性,但与新生儿体质量无明显的关系。结论低水平的 adropin 可能参与了 GDM 的病理机制。

목적:연구임신기당뇨병(GDM)환자혈청중 adropin 적표체수평。방법응용1∶1배대적병례대조연구방법,43례 GDM 잉산부급43례건강잉산부삼여본차연구,필배적인소위민족、체질량、신고、년령、잉주。응용매련면역흡부시험검측잉산부혈청중 adropin 적농도,평고 adropin 수평여림상각대사지표간적상관성。결과 GDM조혈청 adropin 수평현저저우대조조(P <0.05);여대조조상비,혈청이도소은태지수、공복이도소、감유삼지급담고순수평현저승고(P <0.05);잉산부혈청적 adropin 수평여잉산부림상각대사지표간구유명현적상관성,단여신생인체질량무명현적관계。결론저수평적 adropin 가능삼여료 GDM 적병리궤제。
Objective To evaluate serum adropin level in patients with gestational diabetes (GDM)and the relationship.Methods A population-based 1∶1 matched case-control study was conducted and each case was matched with one normal control by ethnic group,body mass,height,maternal age and gestational age,43 women with GDM and 43 healthy pregnant women participated in the study.Adropin level was assessed using enzyme immunosorbent assay.The relation of maternal serum adropin level with metabolic parameters was also assessed.Results The mean maternal serum adropin in GDM group was significantly lower than that of control women (P <0.05);In comparison with controls,the mean HOMA-IR,fasting insulin and triglyceride,cholesterol were significantly higher in GDM group (P <0.05).Maternal serum adropin level was associated with maternal metabolic values and did not correlate with neonatal birth mass.Conclusion The data suggest that low adropin level may contribute to the underlying pathogenesis of GDM.
