目的:探讨品管圈活动在住院慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2012年6月~2013年12月沈阳市第五人民医院(以下简称“我院”)180例COPD患者为研究对象,我院于2013年3月开始实施品管圈活动,将2012年6月~2013年2月入院的81例患者作为对照组,而将2013年3~12月入院的99例患者作为干预组。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,干预组患者采用品管圈活动进行健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育知识得分、健康教育知识知晓率和患者满意度。结果干预组患者健康教育知识得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者健康教育知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的满意度为97.98%,高于对照组的82.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动既改进了护理工作方式,也提高了住院慢性阻塞性肺病患者健康教育知识知晓率及其对临床护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the quality control circle activities in hospital application effect of health education for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 180 patients with COPD from June 2012 to De-cember 2013 in Shenyang Fifth People's Hospital (“our hospital” for short) were selected as the research objects, im-plementation of quality management circle activity in our hospital began in March 2013, patients admitted to our hospi-tal from June 2012 to February 2013 were selected as control group, patients admitted to our hospital from March to December 2013 were selected as intervention group. Patients of the control group were given traditional health educa-tion, and intervention group was given quality management circle activity intervention. Health education knowledge score, aware of knowledge about health education and patient satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results Health education knowledge score of patients in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); aware of knowledge about health education of patients in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);the satisfaction degree of patients in the intervention group was 97.98%, higher than that of the control group (82.72%), the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion Quality management circle activity not only improves the nursing works, but also raises the hospital aware of knowledge about health education for patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease, and improves the satisfaction of patients in clinical nursing work.
