目的 研究混合痔外剥内扎术后应用自拟苦参汤熏洗的临床治疗效果. 方法 整群选择该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的混合痔外剥内扎术患者240例随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组术后予以高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,观察组予以自拟苦参汤熏洗坐浴,对比两组的治疗效果. 结果 术后3 d、7 d,观察组的VAS评分与水肿程度评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的切口愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为 0.83%,显著低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05). 结论 混合痔外剥内扎术后配合中药苦参汤熏洗能够减少术后并发症,减轻切口水肿及肛门疼痛,促进切口愈合,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用.

목적 연구혼합치외박내찰술후응용자의고삼탕훈세적림상치료효과. 방법 정군선택해원2013년1월—2015년1월수치적혼합치외박내찰술환자240례수궤분위관찰조여대조조,대조조술후여이고맹산갑용액훈세좌욕,관찰조여이자의고삼탕훈세좌욕,대비량조적치료효과. 결과 술후3 d、7 d,관찰조적VAS평분여수종정도평분균현저저우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조적절구유합시간현저단우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조적병발증발생솔위 0.83%,현저저우대조조적12.50%(P<0.05). 결론 혼합치외박내찰술후배합중약고삼탕훈세능구감소술후병발증,감경절구수종급항문동통,촉진절구유합,제고림상료효,치득추엄응용.
Objective To study the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with self-made kushen decotion after external dissec-tion and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 240 patients with mixed hemorrhoid who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 and January 2015 were randomized to undergo fumigation and washing with potassium permanganate solution (the control group) and with self-made kushen decotion(the observation group) after external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score and edema score 3d and 7d after treatment were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05);the wound healing time was significantly less in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05); the complication rate (0.83% vs 12.50%) was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fumigation and washing with self-made kushen decotion combined with external dissection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoid can, with higher clinical effi-cacy, reduce the complication, incision edema and anal pain, improve the wound healing, therefore it is worthy of promotion.
