目的：探讨健康体检人群尿酸水平对红细胞(red blood cell,RBC)、白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)及血小板(platelets,PLT)各参数的影响。方法选择健康体检人群1037例作为研究对象,按性别及尿酸(uric acid, UA)水平分为4组,其中 A 组为男性高尿酸血症202例,B 组为男性 UA 正常320例,C 组为女性高尿酸血症170例, D 组为女性 UA 正常345例。检测每个研究对象 UA、RBC、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,HB)、红细胞比容(hematocrit, HCT)、红细胞体积分布宽度(red cell distribution width,RDW)、PLT、血小板压积(plateletcrit,PCT)、血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)、WBC。结果高尿酸血症组在 UA、RBC、RDW、PLT、PCT、HCT、HB 水平明显高于 UA 正常组(P <0.01)。UA 水平与 HCT、HB、RBC、RDW、WBC 有一定正相关(r =0.298、0291、0.27、0.19和0.081,P <0.01),与 PLT 相关参数无相关性。结论随着 UA 浓度升高,血细胞各项参数有不同程度的升高。
목적：탐토건강체검인군뇨산수평대홍세포(red blood cell,RBC)、백세포(white blood cell,WBC)급혈소판(platelets,PLT)각삼수적영향。방법선택건강체검인군1037례작위연구대상,안성별급뇨산(uric acid, UA)수평분위4조,기중 A 조위남성고뇨산혈증202례,B 조위남성 UA 정상320례,C 조위녀성고뇨산혈증170례, D 조위녀성 UA 정상345례。검측매개연구대상 UA、RBC、혈홍단백(hemoglobin,HB)、홍세포비용(hematocrit, HCT)、홍세포체적분포관도(red cell distribution width,RDW)、PLT、혈소판압적(plateletcrit,PCT)、혈소판분포관도(platelet distribution width,PDW)、WBC。결과고뇨산혈증조재 UA、RBC、RDW、PLT、PCT、HCT、HB 수평명현고우 UA 정상조(P <0.01)。UA 수평여 HCT、HB、RBC、RDW、WBC 유일정정상관(r =0.298、0291、0.27、0.19화0.081,P <0.01),여 PLT 상관삼수무상관성。결론수착 UA 농도승고,혈세포각항삼수유불동정도적승고。
Objective To explore the influence of uric acid(UA)on the parameters of red blood cell(RBC), white blood cell(WBC)and platelet(PLT)in health examination population.Methods Totally 1 037 individuals from health examination were divided into four groups by gender and the levels of UA,male hyperuricemia,male normal UA,female hyperuricemia and female normal UA.The levels of UA,RBC,hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HT), RBC distribution width(RDW),PLT,PCT,PLT distribution width(PDW)and WBC were detected in all participants. Results UA,RBC,RDW,PLT,PCT,HCT and HB in hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in normal UA group.UA level had obvious positive correlation with HCT,HB,RBC,RDW and WBC (r = 0.298, 0291,0.27, 0.1 9 and 0.081,all P < 0.01 ).UA had no correlation with PLT related indexes. Conclusion Hematological parameters have varying degrees of increase by UA.
