目的:探讨全程护理干预对老年糖尿病(DM)患者专科知识及生活质量的影响。方法:将120例纳入研究的老年 DM 住院患者依据纳入顺序单双号随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组给予常规 DM 护理,研究组给予全程护理,包括住院护理、门诊护理及家庭护理3部分。干预前后调查患者 DM 专科知识的掌握情况,并使用中文版 SF -36测量表评估生存质量。结果:干预后,研究组在糖尿病知识所包含的饮食、运动、药物、并发症、糖尿病足的预防方法以及自我监测6个方面的掌握程度均优于对照组(P ﹤0.05);干预后,研究组在生理机能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、一般健康情况、精力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康均高于对照组(P ﹤0.05)。结论:全程护理能提高老年 DM 患者的专科知识掌握程度,并能改善他们的生存质量。

목적:탐토전정호리간예대노년당뇨병(DM)환자전과지식급생활질량적영향。방법:장120례납입연구적노년 DM 주원환자의거납입순서단쌍호수궤분위연구조화대조조각60례。대조조급여상규 DM 호리,연구조급여전정호리,포괄주원호리、문진호리급가정호리3부분。간예전후조사환자 DM 전과지식적장악정황,병사용중문판 SF -36측량표평고생존질량。결과:간예후,연구조재당뇨병지식소포함적음식、운동、약물、병발증、당뇨병족적예방방법이급자아감측6개방면적장악정도균우우대조조(P ﹤0.05);간예후,연구조재생리궤능、구체동통、생리직능、일반건강정황、정력、사회공능、정감직능화정신건강균고우대조조(P ﹤0.05)。결론:전정호리능제고노년 DM 환자적전과지식장악정도,병능개선타문적생존질량。
Objective:To discuss the effect of whole course nursing intervention on the understanding of the disease - related knowledge and quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes. Methods:120 hospitalized elderly patients with diabetes were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the pa-tients in the study group were given whole course nursing care,including inpatient nursing care,outpatient nursing care and home care. The patients' understanding of the disease - related knowledge was investigated and the quality of life of the patients was evaluated by using SF- 36 in Chinese version before and after the intervention. Results:The patients' understanding of the disease - related knowledge in the as-pects of diet,exercise,medication,complications,prevention of diabetic foot and self monitoring was better in the study group than the con-trol group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the physiological function,body pain,general health,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health of the patients were better in the study group than the control group. Conclusion:The whole course nursing intervention can improve the level of understanding of the disease - related knowledge and the quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes.
