牙鲆是我国重要的海水养殖鱼类。因为雌性比雄性个体大、生长快,所以养殖雌鱼饲养周期短,经济效益高。要达到雌性单性化养殖,可以通过人工控制性别途径实现。针对目前全雌牙鲆生产过程中采用的3种方法———外源激素处理、养殖温度控制和人工诱导雌核发育,本文依据牙鲆性别分化机制,分别综述了它们的作用机理、优缺点及存在问题,为全雌牙鲆的科学养殖提供参考。

Japanese flounder ( Paralichthys oliv aceus ) is a commercially important marine finfish in China .The growth rate of Japanese flounder is significantly faster in female than that in male ,so the feminized culture of Japanese flounder by artificial manipulation can shorten breeding cycle ,improve aquaculture production ,and now is considered economically very important .Based on the mechanism of sex -differentiation of Japanese flounder ,this paper review ed the mechanism ,precautions ,advantages and disadvantages in exogenous hormone treatment ,temperature control and gynogenetic inducement in this species for all-female population construction .Meanwhile ,future research and development on all female flounder has been elaborated .
