目的::研究新疆地区维吾尔族(维族)原发性高血压( EH)人群血管紧张素转换酶( ACE)基因( I/D)多态性及其与血清ACE水平( SACE)的关系。方法:随机抽取新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区疏附县人民医院2013-2014年间50例维族原发性高血压患者作为病例组( EH),52例维族健康体检者作为正常对照组(NT),采用聚合酶连锁反应(PCR)技术检测两组血中ACE基因第16内含子(I/D)多态性,采用紫外分光光度法检测SACE水平,采用多重线性回归分析ACE基因多态性与SACE的关系。结果:EH组的SACE水平高于NT组( P<0.001);在EH组和NT组中,不同ACE 基因型之间SACE 水平的差异有统计学意义( P<0.001),均为 DD 型>DI 型>Ⅱ型。多重线性回归显示DD基因型和DI基因型相对于Ⅱ基因型更能使SACE水平增加( P<0.001)。结论:维族EH患者SACE水平较对照组高,DD及DI基因型的个体SACE 水平较Ⅱ基因型高。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the angiotensin converting enzyme ( ACE) gene insertion deletion ( I/D ) polymorphism and serum ACE ( SACE ) level in Uyghur population with essential hypertension ( EH ) in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. Methods: Fifty Uyghur patients with EH hospitalized in People′s Hospital of Shufu County, Kashgar Region, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region between 2013 and 2014 were randomly included in the EH group, and fifty-two healthy Uyghur normal controls were included in the normotensive ( NT) group. The plasma ACE I/D polymorphism in intron 16 of the ACE gene in the two groups was determined by polymorphism chain reaction ( PCR) . Ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to determine the SACE level. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the ACE gene polymorphism and SACE level. Results:The SACE level in the EH group was higher than that in the NT group ( P<0.001) . In the EH and NT groups, there were statistically significant differences in the SACE levels among different ACE genotypes (P<0.001), showing DD genotype>DI genotype>II genotype. The multiple linear regression showed that DD and DI genotypes can increase the SACE level compared with II genotype. Conclusion:The SACE level in Uyghur EH patients is higher than that in the normal controls, The SACE level of DD and DI genotypes is higher than that of II genotype in Uyghur individuals.
