针对IGBT/MOS驱动电路隔离与辅助供电通过分开的电路产生,使驱动电路连线及电路复杂的问题,利用常规元件设计了一种载波驱动电路,给出了结构,分析了工作原理,通过实验验证了电路的可行性.该驱动电路实现了能量传递与信号传输,电路不受频率和占空比限制.
針對IGBT/MOS驅動電路隔離與輔助供電通過分開的電路產生,使驅動電路連線及電路複雜的問題,利用常規元件設計瞭一種載波驅動電路,給齣瞭結構,分析瞭工作原理,通過實驗驗證瞭電路的可行性.該驅動電路實現瞭能量傳遞與信號傳輸,電路不受頻率和佔空比限製.

Considering that the drive circuit wirings and the circuit are complex in IGBT/MOS transistor drive circuit, due to its circuit isolation and auxiliary power supply being implemented by the separated circuits, this paper designs a novel carrier drive circuit using the conventional devices, gives out its configuration, analyzes its operating principles and also verifies its feasibility. This designed drive circuit achieves the energy transfer and signal transmission while the circuit is not limited by the operating frequency and duty ratio.
