为克服传统的直流电子负载所存在的问题,提出将TDA7293音频放大器应用于小功率的直流电子负载中.在对TDA7293功能分析的基础上,设计了一种基于TDA7293的直流电子负载.首先分析了该电子负载功率电路的工作原理,设计了相关电路参数,然后进行了实验.实验结果验证了所提出的方案和设计的有效性,并反映了TDA7293应用于直流电子负载的优点.最后给出了正确地使用TDA7293芯片应注意的问题.

To get over the drawback of conventional DC electronic load, this paper presents that the audio amplifier chip TDA7293 can be applied to the small power DC electronic load. Based on the functional analysis of the TDA7293, this article designs a kind of DC electronic load by using the TDA7293 chip, where the operating principles of this electronic load power circuit are analyzed, the parameters of the relevant circuits designed, and the experiments performed. The effectiveness of this proposed scheme and its design is proved by the experimental results, and the advantages of the TDA7293 applied to the DC electronic load are also shown, and finally some attentions paid to using properly the TDA7293 are concluded in this paper.
