针对常规的DC/DC变换器并联时不能改善单个变换器的性能的问题,提出了一种初级加储能回路和通过两组或两组以上变换器交错控制及次级耦合电感集成技术,实现了电源的并联和逆变器超前桥臂零电压开通和滞后桥臂零电压开通和零电流关断功能.首先分析了电源的组成及工作原理,然后对关键参数进行了设计,最后通过仿真实验验证了该变换器的正确性.该技术特别适合超前桥臂采用MOS、滞后桥臂采用IGBT组成的混合变换器.

To solve the problem that the conventional DC/DC converter in parallel has no improvement on the performance of the individual converters, this paper proposes a sort of primary with energy storage loop, and achieves the power supply in parallel, and the inverter's zero voltage switching on of its leading bridge arm, the zero voltage switching on and the zero current switching off of the lagging arm, by using two sets or more converters to have an interleaving control and the integration technology of the secondary coupling inductor. Firstly, it analyzes the composition of power supply and its operating principles, then, designs its key parameters, and finally, verifies the availability of this proposed converter through simulation experiments. And it shows that this technology is especially suitable for the hybrid converter with MOS transistor used in the leading-bridge arm and IGBT used in the legging arm.
