探讨和分析了大型国际项目设计进度管理的方法和流程,综合运用"WBS、赢得值分析、S曲线"等理论方法,结合P6软件,提出一套可操作性强、科学高效的管理方法,并在蒙古国OT项目的设计进度管理工作中得以全面应用,效果良好,证实了该管理方法的可行性和可靠性.

The schedule management method and its process for engineering design of large international projects are dis -cussed.Combining the theories such as the work breakdown structure (WBS) , earned value analysis and S -curve model , and the P6 software , an operable and efficient management method is proposed , which has been fully applied in the schedule management of the OT project in Mongolia.Successful application of the method proves its feasibility and reliability.
