采用原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光法对芍药不同药用部位及土壤中5种重金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu含量进行测定。结果表明：（1）Pb、Cd、Cu在同一植株中的分布规律相同，均符合须根＞茎＞主根＞花的分布规律，而As、Hg在同一植株中的分布规律与该分布规律稍有不同；（2）芍药各药用部位对这5种重金属元素的吸收富集能力有一定差异。该实验探明了该5种重金属元素在芍药不同药用部位的分布规律及吸收富集情况，为其栽培过程中土壤的选择及药用部位重金属监控提供依据。
채용원자흡수분광광도법、원자형광법대작약불동약용부위급토양중5충중금속Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu함량진행측정。결과표명：（1）Pb、Cd、Cu재동일식주중적분포규률상동，균부합수근＞경＞주근＞화적분포규률，이As、Hg재동일식주중적분포규률여해분포규률초유불동；（2）작약각약용부위대저5충중금속원소적흡수부집능력유일정차이。해실험탐명료해5충중금속원소재작약불동약용부위적분포규률급흡수부집정황，위기재배과정중토양적선택급약용부위중금속감공제공의거。
The paper analyses the five heavy metals (Pb ,Cd ,As ,Hg ,Cu) content in different medical parts of the Peony and the soil by using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and the Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry .The results showed that the distribution order for the same plant is same for Pb ,Cd ,Cu ,which is fibrous root > stem > root > flower .But As and Hg are different from Pb ,Cd ,Cu .The absorption of the five heavy metals content in different medical parts of the Peony is varied .The research explores the distribution and the absorption of the five heavy metals content in different medical parts of the peony .It can provide basic data for the soil selection and heavy metals monitoring in the cultivation process .
