工学结合，就是要求理论联系实际，把学生在校学习与企业实践实训结合起来，从而使学生工作与学习有机地结合在一起，把学生培养成为高素质技能型人才。目前，工学结合人才培养方式在各高职院校正在深入开展，但各校在进行的过程中也遇到了许多新问题[1]，在此以新余市高职院校为例，从高职院校和企业两个方面来分析工学结合面临的问题，并提出应对措施。

공학결합，취시요구이론련계실제，파학생재교학습여기업실천실훈결합기래，종이사학생공작여학습유궤지결합재일기，파학생배양성위고소질기능형인재。목전，공학결합인재배양방식재각고직원교정재심입개전，단각교재진행적과정중야우도료허다신문제[1]，재차이신여시고직원교위례，종고직원교화기업량개방면래분석공학결합면림적문제，병제출응대조시。
Working-integrated learning is to link theory with practice, that is, to combine what the students studies in school and their practical training in business, which may spur the students to unify their working and learning organically together, and could cultivate the students to become persons with high quality. Presently, the work-integrated training mode is carried out in many higher vocational colleges, but the schools involved are experiencing many new problems. Thus, in this paper, such problems are analyzed from the perspective of both the school and the enterprise with the higher vocational colleges in Xinyu as the examples, and the countermeasures are put forward.
