从跨界搜索的类型出发将跨界搜索分成产品技术的跨界搜索和工艺技术的跨界搜索,同时将创新绩效分成产品创新绩效和工艺创新绩效,认为跨界组织制度性在其关系中存在着调节效应,由此构建了跨界搜索类型、跨界组织制度与创新绩效间关系的概念模型,并以宁波传统集群内代工企业为分析对象实证考察了跨界搜索类型与创新绩效之间的逻辑关系,并论证跨界组织制度性在对该作用过程发挥了显著的调节作用.

This paper divides the boundary-spanning search into product technology and technique according to its type and meanwhile divides the innovation performance into product innovation performance and technical performance. The author holds that the boundary-spanning institutional system has the regulating effect, which builds the conception module among the boundary-spanning search, boundary-spanning institutional system and the innovation performance. It does further research on the logical relationship between boundary-spanning research type and innovation performance with reference to Ningbo traditional OEM cluster. It also proves the significant function developed by the boundary-spanning institutional system during the process, which puts forward an effective accomplished way for the transformation and upgrading in the manufacturing industry nowadays.
