采用热水浸提法从蕨菜中提取多糖。研究不同提取温度、提取时间、固液比对蕨菜多糖提取率的影响,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为温度90℃;时间4 h ,料液比为1∶20。

The polysaccharides were extracted by hot water from Pteridium aquilinum .Several factors ,such as solid‐liquid ratio , extraction time and extraction temperature were investigated and the appropriate extraction conditions were obtained from the orthogonal test .The optimal extraction conditions are as follows:extraction temperature 90℃ ,extraction time 4h ,solid‐liquid ratio 1 :20 .
