新常态下应用型翻译人才培养成了摆在高校教师面前首要任务。在认识到传统翻译教学弊端的基础上,要以地方经济发展为导向设置课程、以过程为中心组织课堂教学、以应用翻译为主构建教学内容、以第二课堂为载体培养学生实战能力、以移动微学习为辅助锻炼学生自主学习能力、以多样化评价方式为依托评估学习效果。

How to train applied translation talents under the new normal comes to the primary task for college teachers.Based on knowing disadvantages of traditional translation teaching,we had better design locally economic development -led courses, arrange process -centered class teaching,construct teaching contents with applied materials translation as its focus,develop students practical competence taking second class as its carrier,improve them independent learning abilities with mobile micro-study as its supplementary,assess study results using various assessment ways.
