根据某焦化厂配煤炼焦的实际情况,选取入炉煤V、G和Y作为自变量,将焦炭冷态强度(M40、M10)作为因变量,利用多元线性回归分析方法建立焦炭质量的预测模型,并利用F检验验证模型的预测能力,在此基础上,再进行t检验保留模型中影响显著的自变量。结果表明,所建立的M 40与M 10预测回归模型效果较好,能够较准确地预测焦炭冷态强度。

According to the real situation of coal blending for coking of a certain coking plant ,we selects the volatile component V of mixed coal ,index of cohesiveness G and the largest thickness Y of gelatinous layer as independent variable ,and selects the strength of cold state of anthracite coal (M40、M10) as dependent variable .We establish the prediction model of quality of anthracite coal using the analysis method of multiple linear regression ,and we check the prediction ability of model by f‐check .On this basis ,we use t‐check to retain the independent variable that influence remarkablly in the model .The result shows that the effect of created regression model is pretty good ,which can predict the strength of cold state of anthracite coal accurately .
