随着英国学徒制的发展,企业参与学徒制成为英国学徒制改革的重点.在实践中,为了吸引企业有效参与学徒培养,推出了雇主学徒制津贴项目等,通过政府补贴学徒制、鼓励企业参与制定学徒标准等策略,有效实现了企业参与学徒培养的目标,该项目对我国现代职业技术教育具有如下借鉴意义:发挥政府宏观调控的作用,吸引企业的积极参与;建立管理机构评价体系,保障企业合法权利;坚持以就业为导向,促进学校与企业互惠双赢.

With the development of the apprenticeship in UK, enterprises participating in apprenticeship became the focal point of apprenticeship's reforming. In practice, in order to attract enterprises to effectively participate in apprenticeship training, the project of Apprenticeship Grant for Employers was launched. Through some strategies, such as government subsidies and encouraging enterprises to participate in the formulating of apprenticeship standards, the goal of enterprises participating in apprenticeship training has been effectively achieved. This project has following references for modern vocational and technical education of China: Play the role of the government in macroeconomic regulation and control, and attract enterprises to actively participate; set up a management evaluation system, and ensure legal rights of the enterprises; adhere to the employment-oriented, and promote the school and enterprise win-win.
