The method of team building with management by objectives is elaborated.In this management method , the team objectives are accomplished by inculcating the management concepts to the team members , mobilizing their enthu-siasm, and realizing the self-control and coordination of the individuals and the team.Practice of this management meth-od in the Tatay Hydropower Station of Cambodia shows that it is feasible and effective.
