在对孔洞渗漏规模、渗漏特性进行勘查基础上,采用水泥灌浆和化学灌浆相结合的处理方案,设计了灌浆孔形式、数量和孔径;明确了灌浆材料及配比、灌浆压力等参数;阐述了化学灌浆施工过程中消防和职业健康的安全措施.通过检验孔、运行实测表明达到了预期效果,也保证了处理过程中消防和职业健康的安全.

The leakage treatment measures for the No.3 diversion tunnel in Huanglongtan Hydropower Station are intro-duced.Based on the investigation of leakage scale and characteristics , a treatment scheme is adopted in which the ce-ment and chemical grouting are combined.Then, construction parameters such as the type , number and size of the grou-ting holes, grouting material and its mixing ratio , and the grouting pressure are determined.Safety measures for the fire control and occupational health during the chemical grouting process are also introduced.Experimental boleholes and the practical operation show that the leakage treatment is satisfactory.
